Ben je geïnteresseerd in polyamorie maar weet je nog niet echt hoe het moet? Wij eigenlijk ook niet. De Semi-Succesvolle Polyamorist is een voorstelling over pijnlijke, grappige, herkenbare, en vooral échte date ervaringen. Met muziek en veel humor word je meegenomen in een verhaal vol rare gesprekken op datingapps, dates met mensen die niet willen committen, frustraties over dates die NSC blijken te stemmen, en de zoektocht van iemand die openstaat voor meerdere liefdesrelaties maar die nog niet weet hoe dat werkt.

The Cat Eye Cabaret is bringing all sorts of talent to the stage! Their very own Miss Polly Panther will be hosting a fleeting flash of burlesque, while new artistic director Jolie Re’belle shows off her teaching skills by inviting some of her fabulous students onto the stage. And for the true Cat Eye fans: a tip of the veil is lifted on one of our new performing members! The filthily magnetic Noir Cauchemar is ready to break down the stage and leave it destroyed like a smiling, buzzing sub. No matter the weather, it’s gonna be HOT!

Martje Wijers is podiumdichter. Haar gedichten zijn zoet en vilein, doorspekt met schrijnende humor en met een vleugje engagement. Ze schrijft onder andere over stof dat nooit stopt met vallen, klamme ballen in zwembroeken en tweedehands verlangen. Ze is voormalig Nederlands kampioen poetry slam (2020) en stond eerder in de finale van het NK in 2017, 2018 en 2019. Ze vertegenwoordigde Nederland op het WK poetry slam in Parijs en bereikte daar de halve finale. Behalve dichter is Martje ook universitair docent Scandinavië studies aan de Universiteit van Amsterdam.

About Dawn Hi! I’m Dawn. For five years, I’ve guided people back to their bodies and intuition through dance, movement and creative expression. After navigating my own health struggles, I discovered that dancing, from hip-hop to kizomba, was the key to reconnecting with myself. Embracing authentic movement and somatics helped me find deep connection, both within myself and with others. Now, I’m passionate about helping you build that same sense of safety, wellbeing, and connection, so that you can express yourself freely. I’d love to have you join one of my workshops!
Uncover Self-love This is an invitation to come home to yourself. Through somatic, tantric, and authentic movement, we’ll move past fears and insecurities and rediscover our intuition and sensuality. Together we create a space where you can feel truly held, by yourself and by our shared energy, safe to express yourself freely. This is our starting point to discover joy through the power of dance. You’ll leave the workshop, feeling confident, deeply grounded, and carrying a sense of gentle support within yourself.
Uncover Connection How can dance bridge the gap between us? In this workshop, we’ll move past disconnection to uncover the true essence of intimacy. We begin by grounding ourselves in intuition and authentic presence, then step into a genuine conversation through movement. Using elements from partner dancing and contact improvisation, we’ll learn to speak, listen, and support one another. Expect playfulness and creative expression as we switch partners throughout the session, connecting with diverse individuals. After this workshop you will leave with tools that help you experience a deeper connection with both lovers and friends.
